Lovely detached house with private swimming pool. near Lucca. The house is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. built circa 1840. It is cozy and comfortably furnished with antiques from the region. A beautiful walk and a challenging climb for mountain bikers. The whole area is a nice walking area. One of the Italian grande randonnées begin at the house. You are in the Golden Triangle in Italy. The triangle La Spezia (Cinque Terre). Florence and Grosseto (Maremma). filled with medieval towns. picturesque villages. beaches. and all delicious. affordable restaurants. The beaches are not far away. You are only 20 km from the Tyrrhenian coast with famous seaside resorts like Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. but there are also less sophisticated and quiet beaches can be found.Lucca is located 8 kilometers. with all the amenities of a large city. It is a walk of 800m to the center of Sant Maria del Giudice. where a bakery. butcher. supermarket and a typical Italian bar for a delicious cappuccino or a cold prosecco to find. The Pisa airport is 20 kilometers away.
