The waters that flow from natural springs to over 70 ° C, confer great therapeutic value and are used since the pre-Inca period, and can be enjoyed in different modalities, whether in individual or family pools; in their large swimming pools or in the private atmosphere of their room in the bungalows of the tourist complex, whose facilities offer an attractive and peaceful view of the Los Perolitos hot springs and are surrounded by fresh valley vegetation.





It is located 6 km east of the city of Cajamarca and at an elevation of 2,667 m.a.s.l. It is the most important spa of thermal waters of Peru, due to its capacity of waters and its historical profile. This is where the Inca Atahualpa rested upon the arrival of the Spaniards in 1532.

And it has a population of over 30,000, which is rural at over 80%. Today, the spa has a beautiful tourist complex that welcomes thousands of visitors attracted by the benefits of hot springs, whose properties allow relaxation and relief from some bodily ailments.



Due to its prime location, this district also boasts beautiful landscaping features that captivate and are within easy reach; they lend themselves to activities such as hiking, horseback riding or cycling. From its hills you can see the majestic and colorful Cajamarca Valley, with beautiful shades of green under the beautiful blue sky.



Recently, it was discovered what could have been a Ceremonial Palace belonging to the Caxamarca culture. These archaeological remains are located next to the hot springs of "Los Perolitos".
