The luxurious and sunny apartment faces south and has a 11-metre-wide balcony overlooking the Nesselbachtal valley, the mountains and a small ski slope.
The apartment has a living room with a flat-screen TV and Blu ray player, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining area. For small children there is a playground in the large park. Guests must bring their own bedding.
In the village of Nordenau is a small shop and two restaurants. The apartment is next to an extensive walking and cycling area. The ski slopes of Winterberg can be reached in 7 minutes by car.
The apartment also has a bus stop. There is free parking on the public road. The train station Winterberg (Westf) is 10 km away.
