Residence "Il Poggiolino", renovated in 2007. 38 km from the centre of Firenze, in an elevated position on top of a hill. This old Tuscan-style country house has been completely renovated. It is situated in the middle of the green, hilly countryside of Mugello, on the slope of Futa Pass. The property comprises: an old barn, converted into 2 apartments, an old henhouse and an old country house divided into 8 apartments, some of them with stone walls and all of them with outdoor area or garden. The apartments were furnished with attention to detail but without losing the original rustic style.
"Apt. Bilocale", 2-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Shower/bidet/WC. For shared use: garden (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 220 cm, 04.05.-28.09.). Outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking by the house.
Grocers 500 m, supermarket 7 km. The most attractive places of Tuscany can easily be reached. Lake Bilancino (7 km), the most important water source in Tuscany, offers good water quality, many beaches and numerous kinds of water sports such as canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. The Mugello Circuit is 15 km away. The Barberino Designer Outlet is 14 km away.
