Certina is made up of 2 buildings: the owner's house and another building with 4 independent apartments. The buildings are surrounded by a stone courtyard. There is a wood with firs, pines, olive trees and chestnut trees and paths for walking or mountain biking. The country house "Certina" is renovated, and surrounded by trees.
The accommodation is located 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
The following facilities are for shared use: grounds 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, 12.05.-22.09.) with built-in steps, outside shower, barbecue. Furthermore, you have a private terrace including garden furniture. The house includes central heating, and washing machine (for shared use). You can access the house by motor, and it is possible to park your car by the house.
