The holiday farm L'Oleandro Grassina is a old hamlet dated back to the 16 century situated on the hill surrounding Florence. The farm is set on a landscape with olive trees, vineyards and cypresses.
There is a large private car park with surveillance and it is set in a large garden ideal to relax and walk around. The panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage and sun deck is situated just a few yards from the apartments.
The apartment will provide you with TV, air conditioning and patio. Private bathroom also comes with shower.
For shared use is the fenced garden , swimming pool (16.05.-26.09.), outside shower, garden furniture and children's playground.
The motor access to the house is 200 m via unmade road.
