Apartment Mandarinos Nerjafishing is a 3-room terraced 80 m2 apartment. It is located in a fishing village, in the south-eastern part of the region, 50 km east from Málaga. It is 2 km from the centre of Nerja, in a quiet, elevated position, 2 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac.
The property offers comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite-TV and DVD. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and freezer. There is also a terrace 30 m2 with furniture with nice view of the sea and the resort. A washing machine is also provided. The apartment has two bathrooms.
For shared use there is a garden and a swimming pool (01.04.-31.10.), a paddling pool with outside shower.
The urbanisation comprises approx 400 houses and terraced apartments which have been built in Andalusian style and situated in the hills overlooking the sea and Nerja. There are restaurants, reception and a mini-market in the urbanisation.
Shop, restaurant, bus stop are in 100 m, sandy beach 2 km.
