The collection of the museum has two aspects: archaeological and ethnographic.
In the archaeological area the estate integrates materials originating from prehistoric archaeological sites, from the Paleolithic to the Iron Age, and Romans.
On the ethnographic side, the museum presents materials related to fishing activities, salt production, agricultural, livestock, spinning and weaving, rural and urban handicrafts and folk art.
In the scope of the museum works the Center of Archaeological Studies.
