Balcon du Soleil 3 is a two-bedroom attic apartment 100 m2 on 3rd floor. It is built in 2004, in the resort, on a slope.
It has a living/dining room with open fireplace, cable-TV and CD-player. It exits to the balcony. Its open kitchen is equipped with oven and dishwasher.
Guests can enjoy the balcony, south facing position and west facing position.
In the house there is lift, ski storage, laundry, washing machine, tumble dryer, for shared use.
In Winter please take snow chains.
Shop, restaurant, indoor swimming pool are in 500 m, cable cabin 900 m, ski bus stop 200 m.
