It has cosy and wooden furniture furnishings, and a south facing position balcony, It offers very nice view of the mountains, the river and the forest. The house is located in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac.

There are 2 bedrooms 1 room with 1 double bed and bath/WC. On the top floor (steep stairs) there is an open large gallery with sloping ceilings, with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (130 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed and shower/WC and there are also 2 small balconies with terrace furniture.

The large living/dining room includes an open fireplace, dining corner and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer and an electric coffee machine. Please note that the garage is 100m from the house.

The small apartment house "Chesa Misaun" is on the outskirts, Pontresina is 7 km from St. Moritz. In the house there is washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). There is a 5 m long steep motor access to the house. In the winter: please take snow chains.
