These are 2 wonderful houses with capacity for 16 people! They are located in Ca´s Canar, a small village in the centre of the island, near Costitx and Sencelles. They are two independent buildings, one next to each other, that surround the swimming pool. “Llorer” is the first house we see when we get to the plot. It has 220 m2 and 3 rooms, with beds for 8 people. On the ground floor we find the main room, with double bed and en suite bathroom with hydro massage shower. The other rooms, with a romantic style, are on the first floor. There is one with two double beds and one with two single beds. They are connected. The spacious living room has 2 big sofas where you will be able to watch TV, listening music or have a little nap, as the place has AC. The dining area has a table with 8 chairs, where you can organize dinners with your family and friends. Next to the living, there is another bathroom with hydro massage shower. In the kitchen you will find all necessary to cook your favourite dishes: toaster, blender, dish washer, microwave, vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and other kitchen appliances. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At the entrance to “Llorer” there is a cistern with water for human consumption! The second house is called “Es Colomer”. It has 180 m2, 4 double rooms and capacity for 8 people. Entering the house, there is a big open space where you will find: a living room with two comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace, a dining area with space for 8 people; and the kitchen equipped with gas stove, little oven, fridge and other kitchen appliances. There are two rooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The rooms have double bed, excepting one room on the first floor with a double sofa-bed. There is a bathroom on each floor. The outdoor is absolutely wonderful, especially during spring months. The 10 x 3.5 metre pool is located next to an old mill and protected by cane plants. In between the two houses you will find the barbeque area, where there is a table and chairs, for your summer dinners. The terraces are very well-lighted at night, so you can enjoy staying out until late. The house is only 2.7 km from Sencelles, where you can find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarket, surgery, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, etc. The area is very quiet, although you might hear planes sometimes. A 30 minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail seeing the sunset. The promenade of Can Picafort has a lively environment which contrasts with the calm of Playas de Muro. We as well recommend visiting Alcudia and Pollença, where you will discover beautiful coves with crystalline waters. If you are a nature lover, do not doubt in going to the east of the island, where you will find plenty of coves with rocks or sand with crystalline waters. These are welcoming rustic houses that will make you feel at home and will make your holiday an unforgettable experience in one of the best areas of Mallorca!
