This guesthouse is located in Mühlenbach, between the towns of Haslach and Elzach, and lies within a valley typical of the Black Forest region.

The picturesque surroundings offer a variety of hiking paths which are marked according to the new Black Forest trail system. You will also find mountain bike tracks, a complete network of cycle routes connecting all towns, and Germany’s largest Nordic Walking arena. Centuries-old traditions can still be observed in the town of Mühlenbach, such as harvest festivals and the Feast of Corpus Christi, featuring a 1-kilometre long carpet of flowers. A tennis court can be found in the town, while the nearest open-air swimming pool lies in the neighbouring town of Haslach.
