Hanaya Tokubei
As one of the oldest ryokan in the Dorogawa hot-spring area, Hanaya Tokubei has a history of over 500 years. The Japanese-style rooms provide Japanese yukata robes and guests can relax in the indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths. Guest can take a 80-minute public bus ride from Shimoichiguchi Train Station to Dorogawa Onsen Bus Stop, which is a 10-minute walk away.
The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. All rooms have access to free WiFi and come with a TV and an electric kettle. Bathroom facilities are shared.
A private hot-spring bath can be reserved at an extra cost and guests can lounge by the fireplace at the common room. Gifts can be found at the on-site shop and the 24-hour front desk provides photocopying services.
A traditional multi-course meal is served for dinner and a Japanese set-menu for breakfast. All meals are served at the guests’ room or the dining room.
Tokubei Hanaya is a 25-minute drive from Snow Park Dorogawa Ski Resort and a 1-hour drive from Mount Yoshino.
