Hobart Waterfront Luxury Retreat has floor-ceiling windows and 5 large floating balconies. 4 of the bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living area and a modern kitchen are located on the ground floor. On the top floor, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The open plan living areas lead to an alfresco/entertainment area and large sundecks.
If you feel like exploring the surrounding areas, the house is close to golf courses, tennis courts, parks, playgrounds, shops, markets, cafes and nightspots. It is also a short walk to public transport and harbour ferries.
