Holiday home Ca na Moli is a 4-room house, 200 m2, built in 1996, located above de Cala Torta, 7 km from Capdepera, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside.
The property features private grounds 30 ha, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps, paddling pool, arbour, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
The villa has an entrance hall, living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table, satellite-TV and radio; 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm); 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and TV; kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave); bath/bidet/WC.
Facilities: heating, washing machine, safe, iron, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds (extra); Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Terrace has furniture, barbecue and distant view of the sea. Bike rental available. Linen are changed weekly. Motor access (via unmade road); parking by the house in the grounds. 2 pets/ dogs allowed (at extra cost).
Surroundings: shop 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach Cala Tornta, Cala Mitjana 3 km, pebble beach Cala Estreta 3 km. Golf course 10 km, tennis 8 km, riding stables 8 km. Please note: car is essential.
