Casa Sa Talaya is the highest positioned house on Ibiza s highest mountain. The house enjoys wonderful views. sheer tranquillity and complete privacy. The house has a number of attractive seating areas and there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. There are various fruit trees and grape vines in the garden which you can pick as much as you like. Although the house is in a secluded position. it is only ten minutes by car from the village of San José with its pleasant bars. restaurants and shops. The beaches of Cala Jondal. La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent are in the immediate area and you can enjoy delicious food at all of them. You arrive at the house along one kilometre of ascending. unmade road. You ll find ample parking space. The spacious. communal live-in kitchen has a four burner gas hob. dish washer. oven and fridge/freezer.
