Casa Sa Talaya is the highest positioned house on Ibiza s highest mountain. The house enjoys wonderful views. sheer tranquillity and complete privacy. It consists of a large live-in kitchen with seating for twelve people and three independent. two-bedroom accommodations. There is a large terrace by the swimming pool with a dining table for six people and another six-person dining table by Apartment One s terrace. These can be combined into a large table for twelve people. The views from the sun terrace are spectacular. The house has a number of attractive seating areas and there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. There are various fruit trees and grape vines in the garden which you can pick as much as you like. Although the house is in a secluded position. it is only ten minutes by car from the village of San José with its pleasant bars. restaurants and shops. The beaches of Cala Jondal. La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent are in the immediate area and you can enjoy delicious food at all of them. You arrive at the house along one kilometre of ascending. unmade road. You ll find ample parking space. The spacious. communal live-in kitchen has a four burner gas hob. oven. dish washer and fridge/freezer. There is a large dining table for twelve people and a seating area with satellite TV. Then there are the three independent apartments. These can only be rented together. You enter Apartment One via the terrace with its six person dining table. You are then in the dining room. The small kitchen is next to the dining room and has an electric hob. fridge/freezer and oven. The kitchen leads into the living room which has brick-built seats and satellite TV. There is a bedroom to the left of the dining room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a wash basin. shower. small sit-in bath and toilet. Stairs lead to the second bedroom which has a double bed and French windows opening onto a roof terrace with splendid views. Apartment Two is over the communal live-in kitchen. You enter the living room which has brick-built seats and satellite TV. There is an eat-in kitchen with an electric hob and fridge/freezer. The living room leads to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. wash basin and toilet. Stairs lead to a double bedroom with French windows which open onto a roof terrace. Apartment Three has a pleasant. outside seating area and a combined living/dining room with a kitchenette. This apartment also has satellite TV.
