Holiday house Titicaca is situated in Jávea Xàbia, in the district of Las Laderas, 4 km from the sea and sandy beach Arenal. The house has three storeys, was built in 2005 and can accommodate up to nine persons. Free Wireless Internet access is available.
Enjoy the open fireplace, watch satellite-TV or a DVD in the living and dining room, which has exit to the terrace. There is a stereo unit and floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a freezer (American fridge).
There are five bedrooms. On the ground floor: one bedroom with a single bed and one room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. First floor: One bedroom with a double bed and exit to the balcony and one room with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. Second floor: One bedroom with a french bed, bath, shower and toilet.
Private: outdoor swimming pool with built-in steps and a fenced garden of 1.030 m2 with plants. From the terrace with furniture, deck chairs and a barbecue, you can enjoy view of the countryside.
Within 500 m you can find restaurants. There is a golf course and tennis court in 1 km. The supermarket is in 2 km.
