Velacott is an attractively furnished villa. It is on a hill. halfway between Ibiza Town and San Jose. You will feel immediately at home here. The entrance is via an electric gate. The house is surrounded by pines. You can see Las Salinas and the sea in the distance. Barbecues are forbidden for safety reasons due to the location in a wooded area. There is a pleasant terrace with a wooden dining table at the front of the house. The swimming pool is 5m x 10m. It has a sun terrace. sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Velacott is 5 km from Las Salinas. Es Cavallet and Cala Yundal beaches. Ibiza Town with its entertainments and night life is around 5 km away. The delightful village of San Jose with its restaurants and pavement cafes is a similar distance. You enter the kitchen via the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker. oven. microwave. large fridge and a wooden dining table. There is no dishwasher. There is a storage area next to the kitchen with a washing machine. The living area is a few steps lower. It has large patio doors and enjoys views of the woods. There is a cosy seating area around the open fireplace. There is also a wooden dining table and a corridor lined with bookcases. Two twin bedrooms are at the top of the corridor. There is also a bathroom with a bath. shower and toilet. This can be reached from the bedroom and from the living room. The second living area is a study/work/chill-out room. This is at the end of the corridor. This area has an open fireplace and a comfortable seating area with a large desk and bookcase. A stone staircase leads to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed and a number of wardrobes. Patio doors open onto a balcony. There is a small room for children with a single bed next door. The attached bathroom has a bath with a shower. toilet and bidet. Due to the different height levels. the house is unsuitable for very small children.
