This spacious group house was newly furnished in 2009. The house is suitable for fourteen people. It is at the edge of the village of Elpe. just 14 km from the town of Winterberg and its excellent ski-runs. The house is in its own grounds and has seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. The recreation area has a bar and table football. There are two table tennis sets in the garage. The house has a large garden of more than 1500 m2 with garden furniture. The popular towns of Winterberg and Willingen with their superb skiing facilities are 15 to 30 minutes away by car. As is the delightful scenery of the Diemelsee and the Sorpetal Valley. Many splendid walking routes start on your doorstep. There are a number of other ski-areas nearby. Bödefeld is 5 km away. This is a new resort and has four ski-lifts and five ski-runs. The area is equipped with snow cannons. Elpe has its own para-gliding field. Fort Fun. the well known adventure park for young and old. is only 3 km away. Youll find the beautiful Sauerland Spa in the town of Olsberg. You can enjoy all kinds of leisure activities in and around the water here. The village of Elpe. and particularly this house. are a perfect holiday destination for families and friends.
