Riviera Maya
Riviera Maya is a region washed by the Caribbean Sea, located in the state of Quintana Roo in Mexico. Geographically, it extends along the coast for 130 km, from the locality of Puerto Morelos to the north, to the locality of Punta Allen in the south.
The Riviera Maya as a tourist destination was created in 1999 with the encouragement of the municipal authorities, led by the mayor Miguel Ramón Martín Azueta. Since then, the Riviera Maya has become, together with Cancun, the most important tourist destination in Mexico and one of the most important in the world.

This is the basic ingredient of the Yucatan food chain, and with it all kinds of food and beverages are prepared by blending with other products such as cocoa, pozol and atolls. The dishes and drinks prepared with fresh ingredients are complemented by a diet rich in seafood and fish such as snapper, lobsters, etc.
Traditional Mexican and Mayan cuisine consist of many dishes, appetizers, sauces and drinks made with a variety of products: tomato sauces, peppers, beans, lemon, avocado, chocolate. Guacamole, Nachos, Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Fajitas, Burritos, Tacos and Guacamole and chicken tamales.
Weather
The annual average temperatures are around 28 degrees and, traditionally, the highest are in February, March or April. The cold is virtually nonexistent, as well as the existence of moisture in the air. The warm and tropical climate predominates.
