The bed and breakfast is located midway between Preston and Clitheroe, 4 miles north of Blackburn. The M6 is about 5 miles away, making Rose Cottage a good stopover en route to Scotland. Please note the hotel does not allow check in on Sunday until after 18:00 unless pre-arranged with the hotel.
