Only one minute off the A66, the hotel is the ideal half-way stopping point between the A1/M1 (Scotch Corner) and Scotland. The Royal Oak Appleby is only 0.5 miles (0.8 km) from the A66 and just 10 miles (16 km) from junctions 40 and 42 of the M6 motorway.
