With views over the surrounding countryside, the rooms feature a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, Egyptian cotton linen, and tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite shower rooms have a walk-in power shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hairdryer.
In the mornings, Sladen Lodge provides a self-serve continental breakfast. Guests are also welcome to make use of the lodge’s well equipped kitchen. There is a choice of sitting and dining areas, including a spacious lounge with a 46-inch Sky TV and a Blu-ray player and a south-facing patio with panoramic views.
The centre of Hathersage is home to several convenience stores, pubs, and restaurants. Set amongst rolling hills, the area is ideal for walking. Further outdoor activities include abseiling, clay-pigeon shooting, and caving. Free private parking is available at the lodge.
