Villa Pepita is a four-bedroom semi-detached house 200 m2, located in the district of Montañar I in Jávea Xàbia, directly by the sea, across the road. It accommodates up to 10 people.

The living/dining room is with swedish stove and TV (flat screen TV), air-conditioning. One room with 2 beds and air-conditioning. A kitchen with oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. Shower/toilet. On the upper floor: One room with 1 french bed, shower/bidet/toilet and TV (flat screen TV), and exit to the balcony. One room with 1 x 2 bunk beds and one room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, fan. Bath/bidet/toilet.

By the balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. Terrace furniture, washing machine and reserved parking (fenced) are available.

For shared use: garden 300 m2 with plants and flowers and barbecue. Nearby facilities include: Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 1.5 km, rocky beach "Benissero" 20 m.
