One of the oldest wine estates situated in the Chianti Classico region, Vignamaggio is made up of a 14th-century Renaissance villa and of restored farm buildings scattered around the grounds, surrounded by beautiful Italian gardens. Rooms at Vignamaggio are set in the main building, while the apartments and the maisonette are located in separate buildings, 3 km from the property.
Vignamaggio's grounds feature everything you could ask for from a holiday in the Tuscan countryside. Enjoy a game of tennis, or have a refreshing swim in one of the outdoor pools. Bikes are available free of charge.
Vignamaggio has a spa centre, where you can use the Turkish baths free of charge. The hotel has also its own gym. Go for walks down to the river past vineyards and olive groves or just sunbathe on the solarium which comes complete with a hot tub.
