It consists of small roundabouts, corridors, benches and beautiful trees that give the perfect frame to the sculpture located in the central part representing a couple sitting in a romantic kiss; appreciating a magnificent art in fourth dimension; where the bodies intersect forming a heart.
Located on Av. Mariscal Benavides, at the beginning of the traditional Benavides Malecón that borders the banks of the Tumbes River.
There is a beautiful balcony called ´´Balcón de los Juramentos´´ in a drop of more than 2 meters high; with the adaptation of a cafeteria in the lower part. This place is very popular with couples in love for its romantic atmosphere and for the caressing breeze that the Tumbes River projects towards it.
